Refund Policy

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

Before placing any orders, we highly advise all of our beloved customers to check the size guide provided for our products. We hope that you love what you order! but in case you don't, we will accept the return.

Products must be in the same condition in which you received them (unworn, unwashed with their accessories, and all tags still attached)

All products can be returned with the exceptions of the below list:

  • Women's Swimwear
  • Underwear
  • Pyjamas and Sleepwear
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, and gift cards.

/PLEASE NOTE
  • We have 30 days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your items to request a return.
  • The shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • The refund amount will be product price minus restocking fees of 30%.
  • The customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping cost.
  • We do not accept returns due to changes of mind, or customer mistakes, for example ordering the wrong size, color, or style, wrong shipping address, etc.

    For products that you return to us, you can either get LOOKING FIRE Gift Card on future purchases (never expire), or you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method


    RETURN ADDRESS
    You can always contact us for any return inquiries at support@lookingfire.com. If you wish to return any item, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. 

    /PLEASE NOTE/ do not send your return request to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    DAMAGES AND ISSUES
    This section is for damaged, defective, missing, and wrong products (which do not match with what you ordered).
    Kindly inspect your order upon reception by following the steps below:

    • Record a video while opening the package showing the number of products in the package and the problem with the products
    • Mention to us the reasons which support and justify your return or exchange request.
    • The customer must submit his request within less 24 hours from receiving his order at support@lookingfire.com including the order number.

    Your request will be evaluated and in case it is accepted we will immediately proceed with our return & exchange policy accordingly.


    SERVICE FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGES REQUESTS FOR NO OTHER REASONS:

    • Send your request to support@lookingfire.com

    • Our team will evaluate your request accordingly.

    • If your request was accepted we will proceed with our Return & Exchange policy and there will be a 30% fee which will be deducted from your order amount.

    • Unfortunately, we will not be able to further process your request if it was not approved.

     

    EXCHANGES
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    REFUNDS
    Your request for a refund will be processed within 5 days after we receive your return. The refund will be issued to your LOOKING FIRE wallet or the original payment account, as per your request.

    We will notify you by e-mail once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
    Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
